1. TYPES OF INFORMATION COLLECTED Kudos collects information that 1) you provide and 2) we obtain when you use our service. The information you provide contains the details required to set up your Kudos account. This includes your email address, password, and username. The information we obtain when you use our service implies the types of actions you take and your user behavior when taking these actions, including but not limited to the content you view and create, the endorsement you give and receive, the activities you partake in, the time you spend on our service, the device you use, and your log information. 2. USAGE OF INFORMATION Kudos uses the information we collect, which is detailed in Section 1, to develop products and services for future iterations and improve upon current features. This includes but is not limited to: Developing, improving, maintaining, delivering, and protecting our products and service Communicating with you through means which you provide us, including your email address Monitoring and analyzing usage Enhancing the safety and security of our service Verifying your identity and preventing fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity. Enforcing, investigating, and reporting conduct that violates our Terms of Service and other policies 3. SHARING OF INFORMATION Kudos may share the information we collect with users of our service, affiliates, business partners, and the general public. The types of information shared may include but are not limited to: Your account information Information about your usage and interactions with our service Information about your device The content you view and create The endorsements you give and receive Any other information that you permitted us to share 4. STORAGE OF INFORMATION Kudos stores information you provide, create, or send when using our service unless directed by you through email, in which Kudos we remove your information, including but not limited to your account details, the content you create, and any other information that is stored by Kudos. 5. CONTROL OVER YOUR INFORMATION Kudos provides you with the means to access, modify, and delete your information. This includes but is not limited to the selection of your username and password, the selection and upload of your profile picture, the creation and posting of content, the action to give endorsements, and the number of Kudos used in the endorsement process.
